What we believe

Below is a summary of the key points that form the doctrinal foundations of what Normandy Vision believes.

  • The Holy Trinity - Father, Son and Holy Spirit, one God in three persons.
  • The full deity of Jesus Christ together with his full humanity and virgin birth.
  • The final authority of the Bible in all that it says.
  • All people are born sinners and can only be saved by the sovereign grace of God through repentance and faith in the sacrificial death of the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross.
  • The physical, literal resurrection of Jesus.
  • The work of the Holy Spirit to bring new life and to progressively make character, actions, thoughts and words pleasing to God.
  • The spiritual unity, based on both truth and love, of the world-wide church, with the Lord Jesus being its only Head.
  • The need to take the Gospel to all the world and to all people.
  • The future personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ to the earth, and the judgement of all people.
