Normandy Vision's Missionaries

Philip and Simone Loose

Normandy Vision's missionaries, Philip and Simone Loose, currently live in the small village of Notre Dame du Rocher which is in the hills in the département of Orne, not far to the south of the border with the département of Calvados. It is about 10 miles to the south-east of Condé-sur-Noireau, 10 miles to the north-east of Flers, and about fifteen miles south-west of Falaise, which is famous for its connections with William the Conqueror. They have been working as missionaries in Normandy since November 2005.

Before setting up Normandy Vision and becoming missionaries in Normandy, Philip worked for a quarter of a century in electronics, computing and IT. Simone has worked as a secretary and as a teaching assistant for many years in a primary school in England - not forgetting her role as mother and housewife!
